Sixth Circuit extends recall appointment for Judge John E. Hoffman, Jr

The Judicial Council of the Sixth Circuit has decided to extend the recall appointment of Judge John E. Hoffman, Jr. He will continue to serve as a United States Bankruptcy Judge from March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027.

Richard Jones, Clerk of the United States Bankruptcy Court, issued the announcement on behalf of the court.
