**Data Breach Lawsuit Filed Against Harbor Behavioral Healthcare**

A class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Western Division, by plaintiffs Lindsey Williams-Diggins and Christian Williams against Harbor Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. The plaintiffs allege that Harbor failed to adequately secure and protect sensitive personal information, including social security numbers and health records, resulting in a data breach between July 25 and August 1, 2025. This breach reportedly exposed the private information of current and former patients to unauthorized access. The lawsuit seeks damages for negligence, breach of implied contract, unjust enrichment, and demands that Harbor implement better data protection measures.

The plaintiffs argue that due to Harbor’s inadequate security measures, they now face an increased risk of identity theft and fraud. They are seeking compensation for damages as well as injunctive relief to ensure improved data security practices at Harbor.
